ARB Application

Residents are required to submit an Architectural Review Board (ARB) application and get approval before making any exterior changes to their home (e.g. new paint, roof replacement, fencing, etc).

Before work begins you must complete the following steps:

  • This request form must be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the ARB for approval.
  • Allow one month for the ARB to return either an approval or denial.
  • Obtain necessary permit(s).
  • Display your permit(s).
